As a Pacific Northwest native, Brendan pursued his BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington. He then moved to the small town of West Lafayette, Indiana, where he earned his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University. Now at Stanford, Brendan serves as a Grant Coach for the Stanford’s Grant Writing Academy, supporting graduate students and his peers to prepare successful research fellowship applications.
